Seeking a Senior Project Manager with 15+ years of experience leading technology and business initiatives in regulated environments. The role focuses on project governance, stakeholder management, budgeting, resource planning, application enhancement roadmaps, and end-to-end project delivery.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Project Management experience
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Experience with Waterfall, Hybrid-Agile, and project delivery methodologies
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning experience
• Experience managing enhancement roadmaps for custom applications
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Boards
• Experience creating and negotiating SOWs
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
• Must be based in/near Calgary and available onsite 2 days per week

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in regulated industries
• Utilities industry experience
• Exposure to electricity transmission, grid access, or energy-sector projects

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through closure
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies
• Develop project plans, governance frameworks, and communication strategies
• Coordinate business and technical stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and provide executive reporting
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements
• Drive issue resolution, change management, and continuous improvement
