Role Description This is a full-time position for an Investment Specialist based in Winnipeg, MB, with a hybrid work model offering some flexibility for remote work. The Investment Specialist will provide tailored investment advice, manage client portfolios, and develop strategic investment plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting financial analysis, researching market trends, and implementing effective investment strategies to meet clients’ financial objectives. The role requires collaboration with clients and internal teams to deliver optimal solutions aligned with company values. Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Investments, Investment Strategies, and Investment Management
• Analytical Skills with the ability to assess and interpret financial data
• Solid understanding of Finance and its broader implications in wealth management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in financial advisory or investment services is an asset
• Completion of industry-recognized certifications such as the CFA or CFP is preferred
