Architect/Intern Architect

Join our growing design studio, NBA (Nick Bray Architecture Ltd.), where we create innovative, sustainable, and community-focused buildings. We currently have two openings and are seeking self-motivated individuals located in either Vancouver or Victoria.

Requirements:

·      An understanding for sustainable and environmental design. Certifications/experience in Passive-House, LEED, Net-Zero etc. an asset.

·      Working knowledge of local building codes, bylaws, building technology, building envelope and materials.

·      Desire to organize a variety of architecture projects and construction systems. Familiarity with Mass Timber an asset.

·      Software proficiency Vectorworks and/or Revit.

·      Ability to work in our flexible Vancouver studio full time.

·      5-10+ years of Canadian architectural experience.

Starting Pay Range: $ 75,000 – 125,000
