Project Engineer

We are seeking a Project Engineer to lead and support multidisciplinary engineering efforts across capital and sustaining projects.

What You’ll DoProject Leadership & Technical Oversight

• Act as technical lead during design and primary technical contact during construction and commissioning
• Manage engineering scope, schedule, and budget in alignment with project objectives
• Provide technical oversight
• Lead design reviews and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and feasibility

Engineering & Design Coordination

• Lead and support multidisciplinary engineers and designers to deliver project outputs
• Support procurement activities, including tender preparation, proposal evaluations, and post-award technical support
• Contribute to project planning, cost estimates, and material take-offs

Execution & Monitoring

• Monitor project progress and report on engineering activities
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout the project lifecycle

What We’re Looking For

• 5+  years related work experience
• Engineering experience, preferably in industrial or mining environments
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and locations
