We’re looking for a Quality Engineer to provide technical leadership and lead data‑driven quality and process improvement initiatives that directly impact product excellence, compliance, and operational performance. Job Status: Permanent, Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm Work Location: Onsite Salary Range: $75,500 – $85,500 In this role, you will:
- Lead and support quality and process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem‑solving methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define critical quality attributes and ensure robust process controls are in place.
- Apply statistical quality tools (SPC, Cpk, DOE, FMEA) to analyze production data, reduce variability, and continuously improve processes.
- Investigate non‑conforming materials, facilitate root cause analysis, and drive effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Support internal and external quality audits while ensuring compliance with GMP, SOPs, and safety requirements.
You have:
- A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Chemistry, Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of three years of experience in a GMP‑regulated manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience using Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong working knowledge of statistical quality tools and quality engineering techniques.
- Advanced computer skills, including MS Office and experience with statistical or quality software.
