This role requires a keen interest in data and the ability to implement processes and strategies to enhance data governance across the Business Analyst team and the company as a whole. • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement within the manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain industries.
• Develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process models, data flow diagrams, and system requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote data governance best practices and enhance team capabilities.
• Monitor and report on data governance metrics, identifying trends and areas for continuous improvement.

You have:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the manufacturing, or supply chain industries.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• CBAP Certified an asset
