Warehouse Supervisor (DC)

Your route Within the NAPA distribution center located in Quebec City, you will work closely with the management team. • Oversee the evening schedule, from 13h to 21h30, from Monday to Friday
• Coordinate the work of the distribution center team.
• Plan the effective management of daily operations.
• Organize the receiving, shelving, picking, and shipping of goods.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety measures.
• Communicate effectively with company collaborators to ensure excellent customer service.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role in the distribution field.
• Experience in a unionized environment (an asset).
• Diligence in work organization and procedure control.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) (an asset).
