Your route Within the NAPA distribution center located in Montreal, you will work closely with your management team. Additionally, we provide training throughout your career to support and guide your professional development. As a Warehouse Manager, Your Main Responsibilities Will Be

  • Plan, implement, and monitor annual operational plans in line with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Develop, manage, and analyze warehouse operational budgets.
  • Support and supervise a team of warehouse supervisors.
  • Manage the movement and accuracy of inventory, the receipt and storage of goods, locate the location of goods sent by each supplier, ensure delivery times, etc.
  • Ensure good communication between staff members, as well as with suppliers and customers.
  • Observe, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and promote the implementation of continuous improvement projects within the distribution center.
  • Write management reports and ensure financial monitoring of operations.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Oversee the maintenance and availability of warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts).

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role in the distribution field.
  • Experience in a unionized environment (an asset).
  • Diligence in work organization and procedure control.
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) (an asset).
  • Bilingualism, French and English, as you will frequently collaborate with clients across Canada.

About The Division The Auto Parts Division is mainly involved in the sale, distribution and marketing of replacement parts and supplies for cars and light trucks. We have the largest Canadian distribution network of vehicle replacement parts.
