SharePoint Online Developer (34761)

Our client is seeking a SharePoint Online Developer to support the build and configuration of SharePoint Online libraries and automation processes. This is a HYBRID contract in Ottawa. Responsibilities

• Build libraries in SharePoint Online (SPO) based on data provided by the Information Management Analyst
• Configure custom metadata columns, content types, and document sets
• Assist in developing a process to transfer files from legacy repositories (shared drives, SharePoint On-Prem, legacy SPO) to new libraries
• Evaluate and potentially utilize ShareGate for migration activities
• Create training materials for teams moving files into the new libraries
• Identify areas where Power Automate flows can streamline processes and develop these flows
• Document how automated flows are built and how they can be maintained or updated
• Identify knowledge gaps related to SPO site/library construction and automation and support knowledge transfer to the IM team
• Develop educational materials for end users if required

• Site architecture is already designed
• Work will include Power Automate process development, content/library configuration, and documentation
• Hybrid work model with some on-site work required in Ottawa
