• Responsible for cycle counting & performing inventory moves as required within virtual warehouses across 6,000 SKU’s & $10M+ in inventory.
• Responsible for daily location consolidations, country of origin checks/changes, lot control projects, etc.
• Backup to VOMI/Consignment clerk to ensure all VOMI moves are completed accurately and in a timely matter
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Export Order Coordinator, Domestic Order Coordinator or Inventory Manager to handle special lot holds, customer requests, cycle counts, etc.
• Directly support the Inventory Manager and Financial Controller on successful completion of the annual physical inventory.
• Support the development of improved work procedures, processes for improvement, and promote safe work practices.
• Willingness to cross-train on the Export Order Processor and the Domestic Order Processor positions in order to develop additional resources / talent for the Site.
• Use ERP and WMS daily to monitor, investigate, and help maintain overall inventory accuracy at the Site
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Minimum RequirementsEducation, Experience:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Three years’ experience in distribution or factory environment
• Proven experience with ERP & WMS systems as well as RF Guns

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Ability to operate turret truck, order picker, and sit down forklift
• Principles and practices of inventory control and significant attention to detail.
• Effective computer skills not limited to but including Word and Excel.
• Database knowledge to create inventory / movement-based reports and perform analysis.
• Display effective written and oral interpersonal skills to interact with all departments within the building.
• The ability to manage and handle multiple priorities in a time sensitive environment.
