• Accurately prepare fund administrator’s trading documents for capital commitments, subscriptions, redemptions, and transfer trades for the clients.
• Prepare the AML and KYC packages as required by the respective administrators of the underlying funds.
• Execute custody wires settlement and perform callbacks with third parties.
• Ensure that all custody trades are executed as per the trading deadline without exceptions.
• Ensure that all custody trades executed have been confirmed and accepted as per client instructions.
• Taking ownership and full responsibility on trades processing.
• Ensure all processes are performed in accordance with operational controls as stipulated in SOPs and all relevant checklists are completed.
• Liaising with client, third party and internal client operations teams in resolving queries and issues with respect to custody trade execution.
• Independently able to resolve all queries and issues from third parties related to the executed trades.
• Timely response to third party and internal emails.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education/University Degree with a concentration in finance or accounting.
• 1-2 years of experience working in the fund administration industry within the fund accounting space or the Investor Operations/Relations team with an exposure to AML/KYC processes.
• Custody trading experience is desirable.
• Understanding of the fund administration business, Fund of Funds, and custody will be an advantage.
