  • Lead and support consulting engagements across private, public, not-for-profit, and Indigenous sectors, focusing on strategic planning, operational reviews, program design, and stakeholder engagement and more
  • Conduct business planning, feasibility studies, program reviews and redesigns, financial analysis, and other management consulting services to advance new opportunities
  • Review, design and develop high-quality deliverables including reports, presentations and other correspondence
  • Develop project plans, coordinate logistics, and monitor timelines to ensure successful delivery of client engagements
  • Perform in-depth research and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data using methods such as interviews, focus groups, surveys, and administrative data
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations and high-quality deliverables including reports, presentations, proposals, and correspondence
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring needs are met and opportunities for added value are identified
  • Contribute to proposal development and business development initiatives, including presentations, workshops, and community engagement
  • Coach and mentor junior team members while fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment
  • Promote internal consulting services and contribute to thought leadership through writing, speaking, and networking
  • Maintain flexibility to travel as required for client engagements and internal meetings

Skills And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, political science, information science or other related field
  • Completion of a master’s degree in business, public administration or other related field is preferred
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • 4 to 5 years of consulting experience, ideally in a client-service environment would be an asset
  • Certifications such as CMC, PMP or Lean are considered assets
  • Proven experience in business development and project management would be an asset
  • Proficiency in designing and delivering professional client-facing materials
  • A valid driver’s license is necessary as travel will be required
