Job Description Summary The Sales Support - Parts supports the repair and maintenance of customers’ equipment by providing customer service to customers, sales representatives and technical service representatives. Job DescriptionDuties and Responsibilities: Provides Customer Service to Clients, Sales Reps and Service Technicians by:

• Handling requests by phone and email
• Researching to find parts numbers for products required
• Data entry of parts orders
• Invoicing
• Various other support duties
• Ensures a safe work environment by understanding and following safety procedures and reporting injuries or unsafe acts

Qualifications And SkillsEducation and experience

• 1 year in a customer service role is preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate knowledge in Word & Excel
• Good keyboard typing skills
• Friendly personality and excellent phone etiquette
• Able to multitask effectively to meet daily/weekly deadlines
• Highly motivated team player
