Project Manager

Join a well-established and highly regarded commercial construction firm known for delivering impactful mid-size projects throughout the Lower Mainland. We are looking for a results-oriented Project Manager who takes full ownership of projects and can lead them independently from initial planning right through to successful completion. Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project delivery including budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and close-out
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules and coordinate on-site activities
• Evaluate subcontractor bids, manage contracts, and oversee purchase orders
• Conduct and lead site meetings, ensuring effective communication across all project stakeholders
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and maintain project timelines to meet or exceed goals
• Enforce adherence to safety standards and company policies throughout the project lifecycle

Candidate Profile

• 5 to 10 years of experience managing commercial or institutional construction projects
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions with minimal oversight
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record building relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Previous experience in healthcare projects is a strong asset
• Proficient with project management tools such as MS Project and Procore
• Experience working on healthcare or educational facility projects is highly desirable
