Project Coordinator

MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator for our client, a well-established real estate development firm. The Project Coordinator will support large-scale high-rise residential and mixed-use developments. This role offers the opportunity to work on significant projects from pre-construction through completion, coordinating across internal teams, consultants, and contractors. Responsibilities

• Support the construction team in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring milestones are met.
• Assist in maintaining project schedules, coordinating with trades, and ensuring site activities align with timelines.
• Track costs, process invoices, and monitor budget adherence.
• Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Liaise between consultants, contractors, and internal teams to troubleshoot issues and keep projects on track.
• Provide regular project updates and support decision-making processes.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in construction project coordination, preferably in high-rise residential or mixed-use developments.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Experience working with general contractors, consultants, and municipal authorities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
