We are searching for a Business Development Associate to develop new accounts and manage client relationships. A successful candidate will complete a 3-month mentorship program and progress into an Account Executive role. We recognize excellence and are fully committed to developing impactful future leaders.
This is an in-person role located in our West Island office.

Who You Are
- Recent Business graduate or early-career professional with 1-2 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales
- Coachable, open to feedback, and committed to learning
- Empathetic and poised communicator who can hold challenging conversations with C-level executives
- Relentless go-getter who stays resilient through difficult obstacles
- Growth-oriented and determined to build a long-term career in sales
What You’ll Do
- Prospect new clients and build your own book of business
- Conduct outreach through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Pitch, position, and close high-value deals averaging $60k to $250k+ in contract size
- Nurture new and existing relationships with C-level clients
- Manage your sales pipeline on HubSpot
- Travel to world-class Summits at 5-star resorts across North America
- Represent our brand and our clients with professionalism and confidence
What We Offer
- First-Year Earnings: $90,000–$110,000 (base salary + uncapped commission)
- Second-Year Earnings: $110,000–$150,000+
