
Fleet Maintenance Supervisor

Reporting to the Fleet Services Manager, the person will organize and schedule the periodic maintenance of our clients’ fleet.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Prepare and send daily reports summarizing completed repairs, units in progress, and projected completion dates
• Communicate with customers, dispatch, and vendors on ETAs and priorities
• Work with the Parts department to ensure timely delivery of parts to internal and external shops
• Manage POs and warranties for the fleet
• Build and maintain PM schedules; coordinate internal and third-party work
• Oversee third-party service providers for repairs, tires, inspections, and mobile calls
• Handle incoming repair requests via email and phone
• Develop and monitor processes to ensure customer satisfaction
• Guide Parts and Service operations to better serve customers
• Collaborate with the Fleet Services Manager to grow and strengthen the team
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with relationship building capacity
• Demonstrate safe, environmentally sound and healthy work behavior
• Ability to write and speak effectively
• Excellent Customer service skills
• Solid troubleshooting skills—able to quickly diagnose issues and recommend practical solutions
• Commitment to safety and quality
• Positive attitude and sense of humor
WHAT WE REQUIRE
• At least 5 years’ experience in Fleet Maintenance
• Technical experience in the truck and trailer industry is an asset
• Understand how to use an ERP system
• Bilingualism is an asset
• Capacity to work under pressure
• Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting internal reports and key KPIs
• Ability to work with little supervision
• Familiarity with rental/lease fleet operations and the unique challenges they present
• Ability to travel in Ontario and the Maritimes on an occasional basis
• Management experience is an asset
SHIFT AND COMPENSATION
• Full-time, 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday
