Job Summary intermediate JAVA Developer - on site TEEMA Contract In-Office | Regina, SK, Canada We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Java EE Developer to support the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-level applications. This role is ideal for a hands-on developer who thrives in Agile environments and can manage multiple priorities across the full software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze user and business requirements to design effective application solutions
• Define application functionality and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Develop high-level and detailed technical designs
• Build, test, and maintain Java-based applications
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and issue resolution
• Recommend enhancements to existing systems and infrastructure
• Create technical documentation and user support materials
• Participate in peer reviews and contribute to best practices
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Deliver demos and communicate progress to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology
• 5+ years of Java development experience in medium to large environments
• 5+ years of experience with JUnit testing
• 3+ years of experience with Spring Boot and/or Angular
• 3+ years working with Maven, Git, and database interfaces
• 3+ years of experience with JSF 2.1
• 3+ years of experience with JPA (Hibernate)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects or complex initiatives
• Strong understanding of Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in IT or telecommunications environments
• Exposure to AI tools or emerging technologies
