About The Opportunity Partnering with a rapidly growing NGO, LRO Staffing is conducting a professional search for a Part-time Project Coordinator for a project running until early 2030. Reporting to the Project Manager and working closely with the Operations Manager, this position will provide administrative, logistical and organizational support for the assigned project. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Acts as the first point-of-contact for administrative and logistical support to the project, working closely with both staff and stakeholders
  • Organizes meetings, workshops, tours and international travel for the team, partners and stakeholders in adherence with the organizations policies and project budget
  • Monitors project plans and associated budgets and provides ad hoc support to other Project Assistants
  • Manages invoices, expenses and is the general liaison to the Finance team on project budget(s)
  • Provides administrative support for the project; drafting, editing and e-filing project documentation in accordance with document management protocols

About You The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Post secondary education in Business Administration, Office Administration or other relevant discipline
  • Three to five years of relevant administrative experience with a preference for those who have managed budgets
  • Knowledge of best practices as the relate to electronic file management, templates and business document formats
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English; both oral and written
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite of software

About the Job This position is a part time/term position offering 19 hours a week, with a schedule to be determined. This role offers $27-$30 per hour. Our client is conveniently located downtown and offers a hybrid work arrangement that will see most employees in office once or twice weekly with occasional exceptions.
