About Liuyishou Hotpot:
Chongqing Liuyishou Hotpot was founded in 2000, which is a leading enterprise that specializes in managing hot pot chains and franchisees. Liuyishou now has expanded its business to more than 1,200 overseas units all around the world. In 2014, Liuyishou chose the greater Vancouver for our North America Head Office and opened our first restaurant in Richmond BC. In 2015, Liuyishou International Management Company (Canada) Ltd. was established to operate Liuyishou Hot Pot Restaurants across North America. Since then, we have directly managed a central kitchen and large-scale food processing factory, with over 20 restaurants and 600 employees in North America.
We are looking for a Marketing & Brand Manager to support the growth of our restaurant brand in North America. This role focuses on brand marketing, brand communication, in-store marketing campaigns, social media content, influencer collaboration, and customer engagement initiatives. We are looking for someone who understands both Asian food culture and the North American market, and can strengthen brand presence through creative ideas, practical execution, and locally relevant marketing activities.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop and execute brand marketing strategies, brand communication plans, and in-store marketing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness, customer engagement, and market presence;
- Lead social media planning and growth across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Xiaohongshu, and other relevant channels;
- Plan and manage localized campaigns, product promotions, seasonal marketing projects, brand storytelling, and customer engagement initiatives;
- Monitor social media trends, consumer behavior, cultural topics, and market insights to develop effective content and campaign ideas;
- Lead or support creative marketing projects, influencer/KOL partnerships, brand collaborations, offline events, and social-first campaigns;
- Support digital and user growth projects, including membership programs, APP ecosystem, data-driven marketing, AI tools, and new content technologies;
- Coordinate with design, video, operations, store teams, external vendors, agencies, and creators to ensure smooth execution and consistent brand presentation;
- Manage marketing timelines, priorities, deliverables, and campaign performance reviews to ensure effective execution and continuous improvement;
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, Public Relations, or a related field;
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, social media, content marketing, or related fields;
- Strong understanding of North American social media platforms, digital content trends, short-form video, and young consumer behavior;
- Excellent communication and content writing skills in both English and Mandarin;
- Strong brand thinking, creative planning, storytelling ability, and project management skills;
- Experience in social media growth, influencer marketing, campaign planning, restaurant brands, consumer brands, agency, MCN, or creator-related fields is preferred.
