Longevity Consultant

Leela Eco Spa is expanding into a new frontier based on Longevity, a thoughtfully designed space combining recovery technologies, nervous system regulation, and meaningful lifestyle practices.

We are hiring a Longevity Consultant to help bring this concept to life.

Your Role

You will help us turn a fully developed concept into a fully operational service offering. This includes:

• Designing guest journey flows and service architecture
• Building SOPs, protocols, and training frameworks
• Structuring assessment processes and program pathways
• Designing the modalities and program offerings to be used, based on diagnostics, assessment findings, and recommended interventions
• Supporting setup of equipment, technologies, and treatment rooms
• Preparing the team for launch with clear scripts, safety guidelines, and operational rhythms

This is a strategy + execution role: ideal for someone who has previously launched or operationalized wellness or recovery-based concepts.

You Bring

• Strong experience in wellness/spa/longevity/recovery concept development
• Operational and project management expertise
• Ability to take a vision and build the systems that bring it to life
• Comfort working with recovery technologies and nervous-system–based offerings
• Clear, grounded communication and documentation skills
