No property management experience? That’s okay. We’re looking for strong administrative professionals who are ready for something new. If you’re organized, people-focused, and enjoy problem-solving, this could be a great next step. We’ll support your training, courses, and licensing, while giving you hands-on experience from day one. What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting Property Managers with day-to-day operations of residential/commercial properties
- Communicating with residents, owners, and board members
- Coordinating maintenance requests and working with contractors
- Assisting with reports, documentation, and general administration
- Supporting meetings with exposure to how condominium operations are managed
- Learning how to manage a property portfolio over time
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of administrative, customer service, or office experience
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to work with people
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (required for site visits)
- Willingness to complete required licensing (RECA) with company support
