Growth & Operations Lead - New Markets
Job Description
Posted on: November 12, 2025
About Kruzee:
We’re building a mobility ecosystem that takes new drivers from their first driving lesson to their first auto insurance policy. We’ve modernized driver education in Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, and New York through a digital-first experience with transparent scheduling, clear progress tracking, and consistent quality standards. Our vision is to create safer drivers from day one and provide them with a streamlined, accessible, and affordable way to get insured.
We’ve been featured in the Toronto Star, BetaKit, Bloomberg, Yahoo News, and other publications. We raised a pre-seed round in 2022 consisting of angel investors and a prominent fund.
The role:
Kruzee is launching operations in Québec. You will lead the market from inception to scale: validate the entry thesis, develop the launch strategy, stand up supply and demand, build the operating system, and own the metrics that matter. You’ll work closely with the Co-CEOs for guidance and resources while retaining end-to-end accountability for results.
What you’ll do:
- Lead Kruzee’s launch in Québec, overseeing planning, execution, and overall business performance.
- Adapt Kruzee’s model to the Québec market by understanding local customer needs, regulations, and partnerships.
- Build strong, reliable operations that deliver a high-quality experience for students, instructors, and partners.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and teams across marketing, product, and customer support to ensure a coordinated market entry.
- Scale the business from one location to one hundred; tracking performance, learning from each milestone, and continuously refining strategies to enable rapid, sustainable growth across the province and beyond.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years in management consulting, investment banking, strategy & operations, or product management.
- Fluency in French (required) and English (required because you will collaborate daily with national teams and vendors outside Québec).
- Structured problem-solving and clear written communication; advanced Excel/Sheets; comfort with basic SQL is an asset.
- Demonstrated ownership of an initiative from design through implementation (e.g., pilot, rollout, turnaround).
Compensation and location:
- Competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and performance bonus.
- This position is based out of Québec and operates primarily on a remote basis. The successful candidate must, however, be located in the province and available to travel within the Greater Montreal Area for on-site activities as required.
Kruzee is an equal opportunity employer. We provide accommodations upon request throughout the recruitment process. We collect only the information necessary for recruitment. Some applicant data may be processed outside Québec by our recruiting tools; contractual safeguards are applied. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time during the process.
