Project Manager – Manufacturing & Industrial

We’re looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead industrial and manufacturing projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Director of PMO, you’ll manage multiple projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive manufacturing execution and outsourced production strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage stage-gate processes, cost control, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external manufacturing partners.
• Support business development and capture new opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in project management within manufacturing/industrial environments.
• PMP certification is an asset.

Skills:

• Strong manufacturing and finance experience.
• Expertise in supply chain, ERP reporting, and operations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Naval/Defence industry experience is a plus.
