We provide advanced virtual assistant solutions voice enabled to enhance customer & insurance agents experience, streamline operations, and drive innovation. By using state-of-the-art large language models and generative AI, we simplify complex insurance processes, improve decision-making, and enable personalised interactions for policyholders and insurers. Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The Senior IT Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex IT projects from initiation to completion. This role requires strong leadership abilities, exceptional organisational skills, and a solid understanding of IT project management methodologies. The Senior IT Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, manage resources, mitigate risks, and communicate project status to stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large-scale IT projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and success criteria.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise potential obstacles.
  • Manage project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular project meetings and effectively communicate project updates, progress, and risks to stakeholders and executive management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, designers, and business analysts, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, expenses, and resource utilisation to optimise project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Evaluate project performance and conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative project management culture, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, managing complex IT projects from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering successful outcomes.
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle, and emerging technologies.
  • Experience in risk management, including identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge on C++/C or any low level programming language is a nice-to-have.
