Call Center Representative

Are you passionate about helping others and providing outstanding customer service? We're looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our client’s Contact Centre team as Customer Service Representative in Winnipeg, MB!

In this full-time role, you’ll support customers through phone and digital channels by providing a variety of services and tailored banking guidance. If you enjoy problem-solving, connecting with people, and having a positive impact, this could be a great fit for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver exceptional service by assisting with account transactions and requests (transfers, payments, term deposits, account updates, and more)
• Provide knowledgeable advice to help clients choose the right financial products and services
• Offer technical support for Internet Banking services
• Handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls to support client needs and collaborate with other departments

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma with 1–3 years of related experience, or a combination of education and experience
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• A proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Excellent customer service, professionalism, and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with a financial institutions
• Bilingualism is considered an asset

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, rotating shifts within the hours of:
• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate of $23.43/hr.
