Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Intermediate Interior Designer located in Vancouver, BC. The Interior Designer will be responsible for designing and managing various interior design projects, meeting with clients to understand their needs, developing design concepts, and preparing detailed plans and specifications. The role also involves coordinating with contractors and suppliers, overseeing the installation of design elements, and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite & Windows Suite
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage time and budget effectively
• Experience with client consultation and the ability to develop personalized design concepts
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and furnishings suitable for residential and commercial projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
• Certification from a recognized interior design institution is a plus
• 2+ years working as a Junior Designer
