A global SaaS group powering the nonprofit and faith-based sectors is expanding its North American team in Vancouver.
With a portfolio of leading platforms, this organisation supports thousands of purpose-driven organisations across the globe to grow donations, deepen supporter relationships, and streamline operations.
Following continued growth across the SMB segment, they are now hiring an experienced SDR Manager to build, lead, and scale their Sales Development function in North America.
The Opportunity
This is a leadership role for a hands-on manager who thrives in high-velocity sales environments.
You will lead a team of SDRs responsible for generating and qualifying inbound and outbound opportunities within the SMB space.
Your focus will be on coaching performance, building repeatable processes, and driving consistent pipeline generation to support Inside and Account Executive teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs to consistently exceed pipeline targets
- Implement structured outbound and inbound qualification processes
- Drive performance through KPIs, activity metrics, and conversion optimisation
- Partner closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to align pipeline strategy
- Build onboarding, enablement, and call coaching frameworks
- Monitor CRM data and reporting to improve efficiency and forecasting accuracy
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of SDR leadership or Team Lead experience
- Proven experience managing and scaling SDR teams in a SaaS environment
- Background in high-velocity, SMB-focused sales motions
- Strong understanding of pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and forecasting
- Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and performance-manage individuals
- Experience implementing outbound frameworks and structured sales processes
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
Why This Role?
- $100K–$120K base salary + performance-based commission (OTE $160K)
