We are a small, award-winning architecture and interior design firm specializing in single-family homes on Vancouver’s West Side, occasionally working on hospitality and multi-family projects.
We’re seeking a friendly & organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team to help with day-to-day operations and keep our office running smoothly.
This is a flexible position, ideal for someone re-entering the workforce or balancing part-time studies. The role offers the option of working a couple of days per week or a few hours most mornings in a stable and welcoming environment.
Bonus: we’re a dog-friendly office, so a love of pups is a plus!
What You’ll Do
Responsibilities may shift over time, but will generally include:
Office Administration
- Light financial administration (filing expenses & invoices, etc.)
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Keep office spaces and material/sample library tidy and well-organized
- Answer calls, schedule appointments, set up virtual meetings
- Prepare, edit, and format documents and correspondence
- Order supplies, and manage deliveries and mail
Project & Marketing Support
- Help update project information documents for marketing, award submissions, and company archives
- Organize and maintain our digital library of project photos and drawings
- Formatting and basic graphic design for project proposals
- Assist with project photoshoots
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of administrative experience or relevant technical experience
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when updating records and documents
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets)
- Comfort with basic file management and digital organization
- Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and support a small creative team while working independently
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is a plus
- Access to a car and a valid Class 5 license is a plus
- Comfortable in a dog-friendly environment 🐾
Hours & Pay
- Flexible: ~2 days/week or 2–3 hours most mornings (M–F)
- Hourly rate based on experience

This is an in-person position at our office in Marpole
