We are seeking a Mechanical Designer who thrives on variety and technical complexity. In this role, you’ll contribute to a fast-paced environment where your expertise directly impacts the growth and evolution of our product line.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be a key player in the lifecycle of our builds, from initial concept to the final production hand-off.

• Innovative Design: Use SOLIDWORKS to develop custom components and intricate automotive assemblies.
• Feasibility & Analysis: Evaluate new concepts for cost-efficiency and manufacturability, ensuring every custom design is as practical as it is inventive.
• Technical Precision: Produce detailed assembly drawings and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and as-built data.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Procurement, Sales, and QA to ensure every project meets our rigorous quality standards.
• Verification: Develop and execute test plans to validate that our assemblies exceed client expectations.

Your Technical Profile

• Education: A Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 5+ years of related work experience, ideally within automotive or heavy equipment manufacturing.
• Software Mastery: Proficiency in SOLIDWORKS is essential; experience with SOLIDWORKS PDM is a significant asset.
• The "Hands-On" Factor: You enjoy being close to the action, working alongside our production teams to ensure designs are executed flawlessly.
• Communication: You are a professional who can confidently represent the company when interacting with suppliers and customers.
