About The Role We're looking for a Claims Representative III to join our growing team. What You'll Do Here

  • Analyze the admissibility and investigate the circumstances of a claim to determine its causes.
  • Provide a fair and equitable settlement taking into consideration the company's standards and rules in effect at the location of the claim.
  • Use the available tools effectively.
  • Determine the subrogation potential in the files.
  • Have a good management of the reserves.
  • Effectively manage your office and your priorities.

What You Bring To The Table

  • Claims adjuster certification
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the field
  • Good knowledge of insurance products
  • Can effectively set priorities
  • Can analyze and synthesize
  • Can negotiate and make decisions
  • Concern for customer service
  • [Bilingual (French and English)] Need to interact on a regular basis with an English-speaking clientele and colleagues across the country.
