We are looking for a Senior Organizational Change Manager for a 14-month contract position, with possible extensions in Regina, Saskatchewan.Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.This position is 100% onsite. 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week. It is NOT a remote role.Role Description
We are looking for a Senior Organizational Change Manager to help with the delivery of multiple technologies on a program. These projects include content management, workflow tools, M365 and office productivity tools, and a mass migration of data.
Responsibilities
- OCM strategy
- Stakeholder analysis
- OCM tactical plans including sponsorship, stakeholder engagement, communication, learning and enablement, change risk, measurement, and business readiness
- Coordination of the execution of change plans
- Transition and sustainment plans
- Change Strategy Development
- Impact and Readiness Assessment
- Communication & Stakeholder Engagement Plans (in detail)
- Training & Enablement Strategies, plans and reporting
- Resistance Management Strategy
- Measurement of Adoption Metric reporting
- High adoption rates of new technologies
- Minimal productivity loss during transition
- Low resistance levels
- Quick competency achievement
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or equivalent and/or Certified Change
- Prosci/ADKAR certification or similar is required
- 5+ yrs in OCM role for delivery of large scale, complex technology programs is required
- Experience in modern change management practices related to technology is required
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, leadership, emotional intelligence, and ability to influence without direct authority
- Understanding of User Centered Design and Business Architecture principles is a strong asset
- High adoption rates of new technologies is desired
