Reporting Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is looking for a Reporting Analyst to join the Business Management team supporting the B2B portfolio for one of the 5 big banks. This role offers exposure to a broad range of business activities, including large-scale data analysis, financial and resource reporting, and executive-level deliverables. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can operate independently, take initiative, and proactively identify insights, risks, and discrepancies. You are comfortable working with large datasets, connecting the dots across multiple data sources, and translating findings into clear, actionable outputs for leadership.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field - 0-2 years of experience - Strong Excel proficiency - Highly organized with strong analytical and communication skills

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Roles/Responsibilities: - Build and maintain resource movement reports - Assist in workforce analysis, forecasting, and reporting - Execute manual reporting processes with strong attention to detail - Use Microsoft PowerPoint to create and update presentations - Work with large datasets using Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP) - Collaborate with team members to support various business reporting needs

Compensation:

$25-$30/h
