Business System Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Business & Systems Analyst with deep expertise in Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) Financials to support and enhance our global retail finance systems. This role partners closely with Finance and Technology teams to improve business processes, deliver system enhancements, and ensure the stability, accuracy, and scalability of core financial platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle EBS Financials, including AP, AR, GL, FA, PO, and Costing, as well as integrations with external systems such as Coupa, GTNexus, and Accruent (Lucernex).
• Lead business workshops and stakeholder sessions to document As‑Is and To‑Be processes and translate requirements into clear functional specifications.
• Configure, maintain, and support Oracle EBS Financials modules in alignment with business and compliance requirements.
• Identify and drive opportunities to streamline and standardize finance processes across global regions.
• Perform detailed functional and technical analysis to support system configurations, integrations, and customizations.
• Plan and oversee testing activities, including test strategy, test script development, UAT execution, and defect management.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis for system issues and partner with teams to deliver sustainable, long‑term solutions.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure high‑quality, reliable system delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–10+ years of experience in business and systems analysis.
• Deep functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Financials or comparable Tier‑1 ERPs (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion).
• Senior‑level BA experience supporting ERP implementations, including design, configuration, and end‑to‑end deployment.
• Strong understanding of global retail finance processes and experience working with global financial systems.
• Proven experience leading QA activities, including functional testing, regression testing, and UAT.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands‑on experience with functional troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Finance or Accounting background.
• Preference for candidates who value in‑person collaboration and onsite work.

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating Oracle EBS with external platforms such as Coupa, GTNexus, or Accruent (Lucernex).
• Accounting certifications (e.g., CPA, CA, CMA).
• Recent experience working primarily in an onsite or hybrid environment.
