JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is hiring an Analyst, Menu Content & Price Management to support a leading quick service restaurant brand across Canada and the U.S. This individual will play a critical role in capturing, documenting, and coordinating menu and pricing changes across multiple technology platforms, including Point of Sale (POS), mobile applications, kiosks, and delivery services. This is an execution mindset and strategic direction type of role with a primary objective to manage timelines and project delivery.
This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and upstream/downstream technology teams, ensuring seamless execution of evolving menus, promotions, and digital offers.
Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, supply chain, product, and category management to gather requirements in formats required by technology vendors.
The analyst will coordinate and track menu changes, support menu testing initiatives, perform UAT for digital offers, and provide consultative guidance on menu format and content during product design and execution.
Additional responsibilities include preparing and publishing end-user communications related to menu and price updates, contributing to training materials for new products or changes, and delivering regular status updates, reports, and release schedules.
The role will also evaluate previous menu updates to identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the delivery of menu changes across various technology platforms.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• 2+ years of experience gathering, managing, and coordinating complex business or technical requirements
• Previous experience supporting a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or with digital platforms such as POS systems, mobile applications, kiosks, or third-party delivery services
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience working with cross-functional teams coordinating testing efforts and performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally between business and technology teams
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools
• Experience with process mapping, wireframes, and mock-ups
• Understanding of data structures and ongoing data maintenance
• Testing or QA background preferred
