CRM Project Manager

The Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for understanding the project brief, ensuring all stakeholders are on the same page and delivering projects on time, on budget and within scope. You will manage established agency workflows, champion processes and ensure communication with all relevant teams.

You enjoy managing a wide range of projects across multiple platforms in a fast-paced creative environment.

You bring strong people and technical skills combined with the ability to prioritize and coordinate various elements of integrated projects. You will support the optimization of the department to achieve company success.

What Your Typical Day Will Look Like:

-Reporting to the Director PMO, Manage integrated projects across all CRM client assignments, with a focus on Salesforce, including:

• Related planning & administration for all CRM client work
• Creating program budgets, execution plans, and management of studio resources
• Proactively monitor project progress and regular reporting of project health
• Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities for improvement
• Identify risks and present mitigation recommendations

-Engage with Directors of CRM strategy within the agency on:

• Actualizing/optimizing client programs in production
• Evangelize Salesforce/CRM industry best practices

-Work with the Technology Director and other studio managers to optimize all CRM work, ensuring overall success and improvement:

-Drive or actively participate in all CRM related project status meetings

-Establish key touchpoints during the project life cycle with all relevant internal stakeholders:

• Build relationships with those stakeholders
• Ensure final production outputs meet client requirements as defined in scope of work
• Traffic/route internal agency materials for approval

-Engage in contingency planning and recommend solutions as required

-Ensure that agreed-upon agency workflows/processes are followed

What You Bring:

• College or University degree (in Business Administration or Program Management is asset)
• 8 - 10 years of project management experience
• Salesforce (SFMC) Certification, or equivalent experience, required.
• Advertising Agency experience is an asset.
• Automotive industry experience is an asset.

• Proficient in MS Office applications, Smartsheet, Adobe Acrobat Professional.
