Location: Hybrid – Toronto, ON (2 days onsite per week)

Role Overview

Seeking a Program Manager to support Broadridge Delivery & Governance initiatives. This role will serve as the primary liaison, ensuring business priorities, project deliverables, timelines, and service expectations are effectively managed and delivered.

The successful candidate will oversee vendor governance, delivery execution, stakeholder communication, risk management, and operational issue resolution while providing leadership visibility into project health, milestones, and escalations.

Key Responsibilities

Champion priorities and ensure requirements, timelines, and deliverables are clearly communicated and executed by Broadridge

Act as the primary liaison between internal business stakeholders and Broadridge teams

Manage vendor governance activities and hold vendors accountable for project commitments, milestones, deliverables, and service levels

Oversee project delivery, enhancements, production issues, and defect remediation activities

Monitor project health, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies

Provide regular status reporting and executive-level updates on project progress, risks, issues, and decisions required

Maintain centralized tracking of all Broadridge-related projects, changes, enhancements, and production incidents

Lead issue management, escalation activities, and resolution of critical delivery blockers

Support incident management processes and audit-related requests

Build strong stakeholder relationships across business, technology, operations, and vendor teams

Analyze operational issues and recommend process improvements and corrective actions

Leverage tools such as AI/Copilot, Jira, and reporting platforms to improve governance, reporting, and operational efficiency

Support continuous improvement initiatives and execution discipline across programs

Provide leadership with recommendations and insights related to Broadridge services, delivery, and operational performance

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, or Delivery Management roles

Experience managing vendor relationships, governance processes, and third-party service delivery

Strong program delivery, project oversight, and execution management experience

Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations across multiple initiatives

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

Experience providing executive-level reporting and status communications

Ability to operate independently within complex and fast-paced environments

Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities

Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and adapt to changing business needs

Nice to Have

Experience working with Broadridge platforms or services

Experience within banking, financial services, or capital markets environments

Exposure to Jira, reporting tools, AI/Copilot, or workflow automation solutions

Experience supporting audit, compliance, or incident management processes

Strong participation in team culture and collaborative work environments
