We are looking for a Programmer Systems Analyst to help grow our business and contribute to our future.
The Programmer Systems Analyst will provide end-to-end application maintenance and development support, performing data corrections, estimating and delivering code changes, supporting third-party software, optimizing and upgrading systems, and promoting solutions across Dev, Test, and Production environments. Reporting to the Regional Customer Success Manager, other highlights include:
- Provide Application Maintenance activities for support of various applications provided and maintained by the ISC TS organization.
- Solve issues logged in Service Now by both internal and external clients.
- Provide estimates on development or code changes.
- Create and execute Controlled Data Corrections to resolve data issues using various scripts
- Investigate issues, estimate appropriate remediation and gather requirements for design and development.
- Create custom database queries for internal and external clients and validate results
- Provide technical help on third party software.
- Develop software to support ISC’s growth, analyze current operating systems/configurations, offer optimizations and upgrade advice.
- Promote software code to the Dev, Test and Production environments.
What you’ll need:
- A Bachelor`s Degree or Certificate in Computer Science, or Engineering, or equivalent
- combination of training and/or experience.
- Knowledge of C# and .NET frameworks, Angular and MS SQL.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dev Ops, ,Git, JavaScript,IIS .
- Experience with the operating systems and modern multi-tiered computer systems and
cloud development.
- Software development skills and the use of a variety of programming tools and languages.
- Understanding of ITIL processes in particular Incident and Release Management.
- Good communication skills and the ability to engage with non-technical stakeholders when required.
