Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Bridal Consultant, based in Toronto, ON. The Bridal Consultant will assist clients in the selection of bridal gowns, providing exceptional customer service and styling expertise. Daily tasks include consulting with brides, offering personalized styling advice, managing appointments, maintaining the showroom appearance, and actively participating in sales efforts to meet goals and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide an excellent client experience
• Retail Sales and Sales expertise to achieve sales targets and accommodate client needs
• Styling skills to offer professional advice on gown selection and personalized bridal looks
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Previous experience in bridal or luxury retail is a plus
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Passion for fashion, design, and providing an exceptional customer experience
