Senior Financial Analyst (Contract) – In Office (5 Days/Week)
Location: In-Office (5 days per week)
Duration: 6-month contract with strong potential to extend or convert to full-time

Our client, a large and complex publicly traded organization, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team during a critical year-end period. This role is heavily focused on audit support, consolidation, and intercompany accounting, within a multi-entity environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting, is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, and communicates proactively across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on year-end audit support, including preparing schedules, documentation, and audit files
- Support financial statement preparation, consolidation, and eliminations across a complex legal entity structure
- Perform and support intercompany accounting and eliminations (approximately 25% of the role)
- Assist with consolidation activities using a consolidation tool (e.g., OneStream or similar)
- Prepare variance analysis, commentary, and supporting schedules for auditors and internal stakeholders
- Liaise directly with auditors and internal teams to resolve questions and follow up on requests
- Navigate “bits and pieces” of accounting and analysis work as needed to get through audits efficiently
- Proactively identify issues, ask questions, and independently work through problems
Required Qualifications
- CPA designation
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in accounting and year-end audit support
- Practical experience with intercompany accounting and consolidations (minimum ~25% exposure)
- Hands-on experience with a consolidation tool (OneStream or similar strongly preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high audit volume and tight timelines
- Excellent communication skills — comfortable calling stakeholders, following up, and working through issues collaboratively
- Ability and willingness to work in office 5 days per week
