Description Domains: Individual savings and retirement / 6-month contract, Full-time / Location : Quebec city/ Mode: Hybrid / Start date: October 13, 2025 Do you enjoy administrative support? Are you known for your attention to detail and your ability to work with different IT tools? We have a position for you! This opportunity will allow you to grow within the individual savings and retirement contract administration team. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Index documents received from clients via email, fax, and paper in the software. Workflow to transactional teams.
- Enter information into various systems.
- Manage correspondence returned by Canada Post.
- Open mail received by the department for distribution.
- Distribute daily reports to department employees.
- Process check shipments.
- Ensure that deadlines are met for each task.
Required profile:
- DES or DEC in administration, insurance, financial services, or any other related field is an asset.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Intermediate level of English, as the person will be required to process transaction files, respond to clients and internal teams, and communicate with clients or financial institutions on a daily basis.
- Knowledge of the Office suite.
Compensation: The typical annual salary for this position ranges from CA$37,000 to CA$40,000. The base salary offered depends on the location and may vary based on skills, job-related knowledge, experience, and internal equity.
