As a Administrator New Sales, individual insurance, you’ll play a key role in supporting the administrative services related to new individual insurance sales. What You’ll Do With Us As a Administrator, New Sales, individual insurance, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing files received from agencies and following up to obtain missing information
- Opening client files, entering new policies into the system, analyzing and validating them, and investigating as needed
- Processing various policy change requests
- Responding to agency inquiries
- Handling daily reports and administrative tasks
What Will Help You Succeed We’re looking for someone who:
- Is known for their team spirit
- Stands out for their analytical thinking
- Demonstrates great attention to detail and accuracy in data validation
- Has a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Has 1–2 years of experience in administration
- Has an intermediate level of English, as the role involves responding to emails, drafting documents, and performing administrative and clerical tasks in English with unilingual anglophone partners and agencies on a daily basis
