Product Operations Specialist

What You’ll Be Contributing:

• Serve as a key liaison between the Product Managers and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and smooth communication across departments;
• Coordinate component request creation;
• Support vendor communications related to forecasting, product roadmaps, and technical inquiries
• Maintain and update the product configurator tool to reflect current offerings and configurations;
• Coordinate and track product line activities, including component shipments, demo requests, and inventory purchases;
• Assist in Bill of Materials (BOM) management within the ERP system to maintain data integrity;
• Collaborate with Marketing to create and update product collaterals;
• Generate, publish, and maintain departmental reports, including KPIs and performance metrics for the Product Management team;
• Manage product nomenclatures to ensure consistency across systems and documentation;
• Identify root causes of operational or product-related issues and collaborate with others to implement effective solutions.

What Sets You Apart:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience;
• Experience with PC/Server, product management, project management or other operations role is an asset;
• Technical skills to navigate ERP system (i.e.: SAP);
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (predominantly Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and OneDrive);
• Ability to complete multiple tasks in parallel;
• Ability to quickly proofread and detect errors in formatting.
