Role Overview:

Senior Project Manager – Enterprise Performance Management (Oracle EPM/Hyperion)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) to lead the delivery of strategic finance technology initiatives involving Oracle EBS, Oracle EPM, and Hyperion. Reporting to the Senior Manager, IT Projects (PMO), you will oversee project planning, execution, governance, vendor management, and successful transition to operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Enterprise Performance Management projects, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and resources.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, financial forecasts, project management plans, and status reporting.
• Manage cross-functional internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Establish and maintain project governance, steering committees, KPIs, executive reporting, and decision-making processes.
• Ensure adherence to PMO standards, methodologies, governance frameworks, and project gating processes.
• Lead risk management, issue resolution, stakeholder engagement, organizational change management, and project communications.
• Support business case development, Statements of Work (SOWs), procurement activities, RFPs, vendor evaluations, negotiations, and contract management.
• Drive successful project closeout and transition to IT Operations and business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of IT project management experience.
• Proven experience delivering financial systems projects, including Oracle EBS, Oracle EPM, and Hyperion.
• Strong expertise in project governance, budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading large-scale, complex projects involving multiple vendors and cross-functional teams.
• PMP certification is considered an asset.
• Railway industry experience is an asset.
