Senior Project Manager

A highly respected and well‑established General Contractor, known as one of BC’s top Tenant Improvement builders, is expanding into the Calgary market and is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the charge.

With over 20 years of proven success delivering high‑end retail and office TI projects from $100K to $20M, this company is now growing its presence in Alberta. This hire will be the first key leader in the region, with a clear pathway to Project Director as the Calgary team scales.

What You Will Do

• Lead the delivery of commercial TI projects of varying size and complexity
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and client communication
• Manage subcontractors, consultants, and field teams to ensure high‑quality execution
• Provide strategic input into establishing Calgary operations and processes
• Build and mentor a growing project delivery team
• Foster strong client relationships and support business development efforts

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Strong background in tenant improvements, especially retail or office
• Proven ability to manage multiple fast‑paced projects
• Leadership mindset with the desire to grow into a Project Director role
• Excellent communication, client-facing, and team‑building skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit and excitement for building a new regional division
