Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Division 8 Estimator / Project Manager based in Surrey, BC. The role involves preparing cost estimates, managing project budgets, and overseeing construction projects from estimation to completion. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, communicating project timelines, and ensuring projects meet quality standards and specifications. The candidate will also handle project cost management and budgeting to ensure alignment with financial goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Construction Estimating and Project Estimation
• Experience in Cost Management and Budgeting
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with clients, contractors, and team members
• Knowledge of Division 8 products, including doors, frames, and hardware, is an asset
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines
• Proficient in relevant software for project management and estimates
• Relevant certifications or education in construction management, architecture, or a related field
