Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Foreman located in Regina, SK. The Site Foreman will oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating work, managing heavy equipment, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining effective communication with staff and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Communication skills
• Experience in operating and managing Heavy Equipment
• Carpentry and Maintenance skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Relevant certifications and training in construction management are a plus
