• Lead the Financial Process Own the preparation of monthly financial statements, budgets, and year-end audit support to ensure precision, timeliness, and compliance.
• Build Strong Controls Strengthen internal controls, develop and implement accounting policies, and streamline financial procedures.
• Strategic Partner Provide financial insights and recommendations that drive departmental performance and overall profitability.
• Collaborate with the Team Work closely with leadership and operations teams to align financial goals with business strategy.

Requirements

• Experience helps, Attitude is Everything Whether you're a seasoned dealership controller, a recent CPA graduate, currently in a support role and ready to grow, or looking to break into the automotive industry, we want to hear from you. Our team is made up of diverse backgrounds and we welcome all levels of experience.
• Accounting Expertise You have a solid foundation in general accounting functions, and your attention to detail is second to none.
• Excel Proficiency You're no stranger to Excel. You thrive on manipulating spreadsheets, and financial modeling is your jam.
• Tech-Friendly Familiarity with VBA, Access, or Power BI would be advantageous, but don't worry if you haven't had hands-on experience with these tools just yet. We'll provide the training and resources you need to excel.
