Project Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Program / Project Manager to support key initiatives for a leading banking client. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing end-to-end project delivery within financial services, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects/programs in a banking environment
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, technology, and stakeholders
• Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and delivery
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal governance
• Provide regular status updates to senior leadership

Required Skills:

• 6–12 years of experience in Project/Program Management
• Prior experience in Banking / Financial Services domain
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications are a plus
