Support Supervisor

GFL Environmental is looking for a Support Supervisor to join our team in Rocky View County, AB! We are seeking a reliable and proactive Support Supervisor to assist our team of three Supervisors in managing day-to-day operational tasks. Key Responsibilities

• Assist supervisors with daily operational support tasks
• Coordinate and complete equipment pickups and deliveries
• Manage key cutting and distribution as required
• Assist with yard and equipment clean-up and basic organization
• Conduct site visits to support supervisors and ensure operational needs are met
• Provide general support with administrative and logistical tasks
• Maintain communication with drivers and support teams as needed
• Ensure safety and compliance standards are upheld during all tasks

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid Class 3 driver’s license with clean driving record (mandatory)
• Previous experience in logistics, trucking, or a similar field is an asset
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Comfortable with hands-on work in an outdoor or industrial environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
