Junior Talent Sourcer

About the role

The Junior Talent Sourcer supports the Recruitment team by identifying and engaging potential candidates for open and upcoming roles. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone looking to build a career in recruiting and learn advanced sourcing and recruitment techniques.

The role focuses on candidate research, outreach, and pipeline building, while working closely with experienced recruiters.

What you’ll be working on

• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
• Conduct basic Boolean and keyword searches to identify potential talent.
• Support the creation and maintenance of talent pipelines for recurring roles.
• Send initial outreach messages and follow up with sourced candidates.
• Support diversity sourcing initiatives and employer branding efforts.
• Assist recruiters with market research and talent mapping.
• Support the coordination and execution of internship programs, career fairs, and university partnership activities with key North American universities.
• Assist the recruiting team with recruiting initiatives and the HR team with various projects and initiatives as needed.

We’re looking for someone with

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, sourcing, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma in HR, Business, or related field (or in progress)
• Interest in Talent Acquisition and sourcing methodologies
• Knowledge of LinkedIn and professional networking platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
